    Hello,
    My name is Alvina Mary Schick. I was the first reader at the White Mass in the Cathedral on the evening of November 12, 2022 and attended the dinner at Holy Rosary Hall following the Mass. I had attended the White Mass in previous years held at St.Augustine’s, my former parish. I am interested in becoming a member of the guild but do not fall into any of the categories I see except perhaps as a student. My ‘medical’ interests have always leaned in a direction away from allopathic medicine to a more homeopathic, naturopathic, functional or plant-based natural medicine as well as to the frequent use of acupuncture and chiropractic. .During Covid I was surprised when some of the practitioners in these fields did not seem to be aligning themselves with conscience rights. For this reason I would like to get more involved as a member of the Catholic Physicians’ Guild, to attend meetings and get to know other members. Is there someone I could speak to regarding my interest in becoming a member in my own category?
